2. Scope of Services
Boss Ultra Security Force provides the following services:
1. Manpower Supply:
- Provision of skilled and unskilled labor for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes.
- Workers are provided based on agreed job descriptions and required qualifications.
2. Housekeeping Services:
- Cleaning and maintenance services for offices, homes, and other facilities.
- Includes use of standard cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed.
3. Web Development:
- Custom website design, development, and maintenance based on client specifications.
- Services include domain setup, hosting assistance, and post-launch support as per the agreed terms.
4. App Development:
- Development of mobile and desktop applications tailored to client needs.
- Includes UI/UX design, testing, deployment, and maintenance, if specified in the service agreement.
The specific details of deliverables, timelines, and other requirements will be outlined in the individual service agreement or project proposal provided to the Client.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
- Ensure timely approval of project milestones, feedback, and deliverables.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in relation to the use of our services.
- Ensure that payment obligations are fulfilled as per the agreed terms.
For manpower supply and housekeeping services:
- The Client must provide a safe working environment and necessary resources for the personnel deployed by the Company.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for services will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice.
- Payments must be made within the specified timeline, typically [insert payment window, e.g., 7/15/30 days from the date of invoice].
- Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
- A breach of the terms outlined in this document or the service agreement.
- Mutual agreement between the Client and the Company.
